Overview
The Student Welfare Committee is constituted to safeguard the interests of students and to promote their overall welfare, development and well-being within the University. The Committee works to create a supportive academic environment that encourages students to achieve excellence in academics, co-curricular activities and personal development.
The Committee ensures that students receive proper guidance, support services and opportunities for holistic growth in alignment with the guidelines and initiatives promoted by the University Grants Commission.
Objectives:
- To promote the overall welfare and well-being of students.
- To create a supportive and inclusive academic environment.
- To encourage student participation in academic, cultural and extracurricular activities.
- To address issues related to student grievances, discipline and campus life.
- To promote leadership, social responsibility and personality development among students.
